All in all, not a bad week! Monday & Tuesday I didn’t get any extra time to work out in because of work, but I think I came in well for the rest of the week.
Monday 8,088 steps
Tuesday 7,654 steps
Wednesday 5,929 steps (includes a 30 min 1.72 mi walk outside)
Thursday 13, 385 steps (includes 36 minutes at the gym & 20 min walk outside)
Friday 6053 steps, 17 push ups, & 20 minutes of yoga, with help from the cat 🙂
Saturday (day off) 5804 steps- managed to stretch for ten minutes, do 17 push ups, and did the treadmill at the gym
