|Coloring books, like any other art form, is very individual. I thought the premise of the book was cute – drawings of stuffed animals – but about half of the drawings were not of stuffed animals and seemed unrelated to the topic of the book.
However, the drawings are so incredibly poorly done, I couldn’t tell what most of the toys even were. There is a lot of detail on each individual page, making the pages ideal for older kids, but the lack of quality control would make it frustrating to actual color. I am an adult who does still like to color, and I would not want to color any of these pages because of the extra lines just floating around everywhere.
The book is on the smaller side, but you are not paying a lot for the book (I picked it up when it was free on amazon) and you get what you pay for.
I would like to respectfully suggest to the artist/author that perhaps she edits her drawings to remove some of the extra lines / clean up the artwork, and that would result in a higher quality final product.
